The Future of computing is Reversible

A short documentary I made to explain what reversible computing is and why it is the only technology that allows for chips to continue to scale beyond a fundamental limit dictated by the laws of physics. This was made for Vaire, a startup that we have worked with at F2N that has produced the world’s first reversible compute chip.

A proposal for sustainable progress via abundant computation and clean energy, written in conjunction with Charles Oppenheimer and the Oppenheimer Project, which aims to continue the latter day work of his grandfather, J. Robert Oppenheimer in attempting to avoid catastrophic conflict, focusing on energy.
